Step 1: Find Your Tribe


Today I am celebrating the sole-sista! Your tribe where u get to sweat and glow and walk or jog alongside in the break of day from dark to light. The women who cheer you on no matter what... pom-poms and all...solving the world’s problems with sole therapy. Dark-thirty accountability to show up for you, and you for them.
