start again...

Scared myself + ran for the 1st time since my 100 miler 2 weeks ago. Walked the 1st mile, then ran into my fear. I breathed in the air + felt my heartbeat + relaxed into my rythmn. If felt good to start again, I missed my running shoes, I missed the movement, I missed the freedom of the run. I needed to work through the crazy in the head from being stagnant. I am excited for new adventures and moving on….yeah…I think I am back with wings to fly again. (ps…left ankle still needs a little tlc coz felt a little tight, otherwise legs felt good.. 5 miles ✔)
